Our first showroom is in the works. For now you can inspect the item at your scheduled pickup, and everything we find during inspection is disclosed on the product page. You also have 7 days to return it.

Items with a "Buy now" button check out online with a card. For everything else, click "Reserve this piece" and we send you a secure payment link, or make an offer and we reply with an acceptance or a counter.

We hold it free for 10 days after purchase. After that, storage is $2 per day for small items (under 20 cubic feet) or $10 per day for larger ones, payable before pickup. After 30 days uncollected, The Loft may take possession and donate the item without a refund. Need more time? Message us when you buy and we will work something out.

From our warehouse in Arlington, VA. We send the exact address and a pickup window once your payment clears. Bring help for large pieces; we can assist with loading.

Local delivery and national shipping are coming. Until then, everything is pickup only. Delivery fees, once arranged, are non-refundable.

Every item has a 7-day return policy. Items are sold as-is after inspection and disclosure, but if something turns out to have undisclosed damage (large appliances we cannot hook up during inspection, for example), that 7-day window covers you. No. Everything for sale was collected and restored, or taken on consignment, by our parent company EcoFurn. If you have something to let go of, EcoFurn picks it up for free.

Yes. New items arrive weekly. Describe what you are looking for on the wishlist page and we will notify you when something matches.

Often. Every product page has a "Make an offer" form. Reasonable offers get a yes or a counter within one business day.
