Returns and pickup policy.
Short version: 7-day returns on everything, free 10-day hold, then daily storage.
Returns
- Every item may be returned within 7 days of pickup, in the condition you received it.
- Items are sold as-is after inspection; what we found is disclosed on the product page. Undisclosed damage discovered within the 7 days is covered.
- Email [email protected] with your item number to start a return. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Delivery fees, once arranged, are non-refundable.
Pickup and storage
- Pickup from our warehouse in Arlington, VA; address and window are sent after payment.
- Free hold for 10 days after purchase.
- From day 11: $2 per day for small items (under 20 cubic feet), $10 per day for large items, payable before pickup.
- After 30 days uncollected, The Loft may take possession and donate the item without a refund.
